Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase delivery received date, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund.
The Following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be in, or packaged in the original packaging
- Product must be in new condition with no signs of use or wear
- Product must not be faulty, or damaged by misuse
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the above listed criteria, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping the items back to us. We will not refund the shipping costs unless it is a shipping error on our part. If a label is provided to you, we will subtract the shipping costs from the amount to be returned.
You must take care to ensure that the goods being returned are properly packaged so that they won't be damaged in transit.
If the product is found damaged, or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
The expense of purchasing a form of shipping insurance is at your discretion and all related costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

INTERNET SERVICE PLANS
Cellular Internet Plans are a pre-paid service and therefore no refunds will be offered for any remaining time left on the monthly plan.
